PURPOSE
Under this agreement, HOTELES BOGOTÁ PLAZA S.A., domiciled in Bogotá, NIT 860.046.192-4, hereinafter referred to as “the HOTEL,” shall provide the GUEST with lodging services in the assigned room for the number of nights specified in the header of the hotel registration card, as well as any additional services requested by the GUEST, in exchange for a fee. Under no circumstances shall the stay exceed 30 consecutive days.
1.1.- The assigned room and the nightly rate shall be as stated in the Hotel Registration Card. The HOTEL reserves the right to change the assigned room under certain conditions.
1.2.- Check-in from 15:00 (3:00 p.m.), check-out until 13:00 (1:00 p.m.). Early or late access is subject to availability and fee.
1.3.- Full nightly rate applies regardless of actual time spent in the room.
1.4.- Services are subject to availability, schedules, and resources.
PRICE
2.1.- The price corresponds to the nightly rate plus applicable taxes as detailed in the invoice.
2.2.- GUEST must also pay for food, beverages, laundry, and other personal expenses.
2.3.- GUEST acknowledges being informed of all rates and possible variations.
2.4.- Late payments incur interest at the maximum legal rate.
SAFEKEEPING OF MONEY AND VALUABLE ITEMS
The GUEST may entrust valuables to the HOTEL for safekeeping with a receipt. Items not entrusted officially remain the GUEST’s responsibility. Security boxes are available in each room.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOTEL
4.1.- Provide contracted services.
4.2.- Handle GUEST feedback or claims.
4.3.- Safeguard deposited valuables.
4.4.- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
GUEST OBLIGATIONS
5.1.- Present valid identification upon registration.
5.2.- Pay accommodation and taxes.
5.3.- Cover all incurred charges during stay.
5.4.- Maintain respectful behavior and attire.
5.5.- Be responsible for self and guests.
5.6.- Register all guests and pay additional fees.
5.7.- Respect room occupancy limits.
5.8.- Assume risk for personal or risky activities.
5.9.- Use hotel property responsibly; damages incur penalties.
5.10.- Respect hotel management authority.
5.11.- Permit room inspections as deemed necessary.
5.12.- Allow staff access for housekeeping and maintenance.
5.13.- Refrain from illegal trading of protected fauna/flora or cultural heritage.
TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
6.1.- Upon contract expiration.
6.2.- Upon non-compliance, particularly non-payment.
6.3.- Due to inappropriate behavior or attire disrupting others.
Paragraph: Termination does not release the GUEST from financial obligations.
EFFECTS OF TERMINATION
7.1.- The HOTEL may reassign the room.
7.2.- HOTEL may inventory and remove guest belongings.
7.3.- HOTEL may retain belongings until full payment is made.
7.4.- After 30 days, the HOTEL may sell belongings to recover debts.
7.5.- HOTEL may report GUEST’s financial behavior to credit bureaus.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY AND PREVENTION OF CSEC
8.1.- HOTEL complies with Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009 to prevent sexual exploitation of minors. Suspicions will be reported.
8.2.- Minors must be registered with valid ID and authorization from legal guardians if accompanied by another adult.
LEGAL NATURE OF THE CONTRACT
As per Law 300 of 1996 and Law 2068 of 2020, this lodging contract is commercial, of adhesion nature, and is evidenced by the signed hotel registration card.
SMOKING CHARGES IN THE ROOMS
All rooms are smoke-free. Smoking incurs deodorizing charges (USD 100) plus two nights’ rate due to lost room use.
PRIVACY NOTICE
In compliance with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, the GUEST authorizes HOTELES BOGOTÁ PLAZA S.A. to process personal data for purposes including reservation management, billing, marketing, and compliance with regulations. GUESTs may exercise their data rights by emailing mercadeo@hotelesbogotaplazahotel.com or writing to Calle 100 N° 18 A – 30, Bogotá.
CONSENT
I declare that I have read and understood the Individual Accommodation Service Agreement, which appears in this registration, and I agree with its terms. Therefore, I sign as a sign of my consent.
